Help and support is something that really matters. There is nothing worse than dialling a help desk number and getting some annoying automated phone system that parks you in a queue for an indeterminate amount of time, only to pass you on to a help desk jockey who is following a scripted set of questions and ends up not being able to actually help you after all that time on the phone because they had 5 minutes of training before being droppped in the deep end.
That's something you won't get with us. Your phone call (or e-mail message) will be answered by a real live human being in the first instance. They will do their utmost to ensure that your request or question is met and answered as thoroughly as is possible.
The person who answers your request will be extremely knowledgable about the services that we offer - and then some! Think uber geek level - but with the ability to communicate well with other humans!
If your request requires that we take some form of action at our end, be confident that it will be acted on extremely rapidly. If your request is small enough, it will be done while you are talking on the phone or immdiately after the conversation is finished. If that isn't possible then a timeframe will be given and well do our utmost to stick to it.
And, finally, you will be notified immediately when your request has been completed.
Communication - it's probably the most important factor in any succsessful relationship and we're big on communication with our clients.
